HOUS. is the digital moniker of Los Angeles real estate agent Sonya Coke.
That’s me.
I spent my formative years in London, England, growing up in a multicultural environment. This, along with traveling, has enabled me to relate to a wide range of people, from architects and artists to CEOs and contractors.
Bright-eyed and as green as Kermit, I began my career in real estate shortly after graduating from UCLA. I ended my first year receiving the Rookie of the Year award.
Holding steadfast to providing a bespoke real estate service, underscored by a non-salesy approach and strategic guidance that pulls on my professional and personal experience, I’ve gone on to receive Top Producer recognition, earned a spot on the RealTrends list of LA’s top real estate agents, and been selected as a Top Agent in the annual Los Angeles Magazine Real Estate All-Stars.
Combined with my experience in undertaking home renovations and buying and selling my own properties, I possess a unique knowledge base that my clients find invaluable.
All of my achievements are credited to hiring a small team of Christmas elves who tinker away behind the scenes. Just kidding. I have a sense of humor, and while I take my work seriously, I strive to make the process personable, fun, and enjoyable.
