Chris did a great job on the Austrian House the results are a “redefined work of art.” He put the same effort into remastering this midcentury post and beam.
The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a deck that looks out onto endless views of Nichols Canyon. The painted white brick fireplace is at the center and divides the living and dining room.
This architectural home remains true to the era while showcasing contemporary features like imported cork and Terrazzo floors throughout.
As the sun goes down, the last streams of light cast beautiful shadows and colorful hues throughout the public spaces. And being a few steps from Runyon Canyon and within the prestigious Valley View Elementary school district almost makes living here perfect.
